ShreyCare Organics is based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Contact contact@shreycare.com for order support. Our hair, skin and beard products are cosmetics for everyday care. Read product ingredients and directions before ordering; cosmetic descriptions are not medical advice or promises of treatment.
Prices and reviewing your order
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Review and correct your items, quantities, delivery details and itemized subtotal, shipping, tax and total before continuing. Card payment happens on Stripe; your browser return is not proof of payment. An Interac submission records an order with payment pending. Our team sends payment instructions and dispatches after payment is confirmed. Do not pay an unsolicited or unverified recipient.
Delivery
We deliver within Canada. Shipping: 1 container: CAD 11.99; 2 containers: CAD 7.99; 3 containers: CAD 3.99; 4+ containers: free. One purchased unit of each current product contains one container. Local delivery in Regina, Saskatchewan is free. The displayed estimates are 1–2 business days for handling and 3–7 business days for transit; delays may occur. Contact us if your delivery is overdue.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Contact contact@shreycare.com with your order reference for changes or cancellation before dispatch. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund under our existing returns policy. Contact us before returning a product to receive return instructions. For a damaged, incorrect or defective product, contact us with the order reference and details so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including cancellation or refund rights that apply where required information or delivery obligations are not met.
Confirmation and privacy
Keep your itemized order confirmation and this version of the terms for your records. You can print or save your confirmation page. If an email is delayed, your recorded order remains available on that page; contact support rather than ordering again. Order emails are for service and fulfilment.
